If you got a DHCP error message, selected to not see DHCP errors, and now want to see them again;
- Start Regedit
- Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ System \ CurrentControlSet \ Services \ VxD \ DHCP
- Change the value of PopupFlag from 00 to 01
